In the year 2002 the OSK-Consult was founded by
Olaf Scholtz-Knobloch.
Before the founder was acting several years with order of miscellaneous engineering and consultancy companies in North-, Middle- and South America, as well as in the Middle East and South Europe.
Beside our activities with fixed staff we work inside a professional network. Through this network we cover all necessary fields of engineering, economical and legal aspects. Marketing experts and miscellaneous surveyors are rounding up the field of activity.
The scientific background is realized via the OSK-Consult membership in the „integrated scientific association for Rail Technology of the Technical University of Berlin“
In Addition, we are member of the following associations
- German Society of Engineers VDI,
- German Association for Public Private Partnership Projects BPPP,
- German Society of Rail Engineers VDEI,
- German Society for Transportation Scientists DVWG,
- Society of freelance engineers of the Lower Rhine Area (Freie Ingenieure Niederrhein)
